This past extended weekend, 3/6 - 3/9 the robotics team traveled to Rockland County Community College to compete in the Hudson Valley regional event. On the first day of competition the team started strong and we were ranked # 1 after our first three matches. Throughout the day the team experienced some setbacks and we wound up finishing in 22 place. On day 2 of the competition the team rebounded, winning all of our final matches and moving back up to 12th place.

The team made the playoffs and we were seeded #7 out of 8 rankings. In our first playoff match we knocked out #2 seed and then moved on to knock out the #5 seeded team. In the end we were eventually knocked out of the playoff rounds. Overall we finished the weekend ranked 4th out of 48 teams.

Overall the team worked hard, overcame a huge deficit and had a successful competition. Congrats to Team 263.
