A new build season is upon us.
Saturday, January 6th, 2020, over fifty Sachem students huddled within the high school's Little Theater. A sea of red sweatshirts eagerly awaited the release of this year's game. The air buzzed with excitement. Finally, the countdown began. Visiting alumni hung on to their seats. All chatter stopped.
"3...2...1..."
The introductory video played and the team listened to the Kickoff speeches. At last, the encryption code was released, and build season began.
Team 263 has since been working diligently on designing their robot for this year's game. After discussing the game and learning the rules, they discussed strategies and broke up into groups to brainstorm mechanism ideas. Everyone is very excited to tackle the challenges brought by Infinite Recharge, especially with the release of a brand new element, the control panel.
